Making Seniors Matter; a 501 c(3) Nonprofit Organization through the diligent efforts of Volunteers, Staff, and it's Healthcare Service Providers, (HSP) has helped secure five shelter facilities for incoming Chgo migrants, w/ Marquis & Presidential Hotels Group

Living quarters feature shower bathroom facilities in each room, along with communal women's and men's bathrooms on each floor, washers and dryers for asylum seekers to maintain clean healthy living environment, and convenient central dining area for migrant collective dining. After breakfast feeding times, this will be converted to vocational training, social service assistance, schooling areas the youth, with a smaller dining area being converted into child daycare area for mothers attending employment training, or immigration appointments
Each facility has room for a 1stFloor healthcare screening office with 24-hour on-hand “Nursing” provided by our gracious Healthcare Service Providers, and Social Services offices to assist migrants asylum seekers assimilate into American society. Making Seniors Matter w/ help of State Funding will contract with outside security firms providing 24-hour security for each site, resulting in a much safer and secure living experience, and work environment for both asylum seekers and staff... Wow!
The South side location will accommodate up to 200 migrant women and children offering private shower bathroom facilities. Three offices for MSM social services staff to assist Migrants with DHS & Immigration Applications, Work Permits, and TPS Protective Status filings, along with room for a Non-emergency Medical Unit.
“ Arrows of Deliverance Church ”, directly across the street will be serving collective dining of Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner for the Migrants. After breakfast this dining area is converted to a Full Daycare Learning Center for Mothers w/young children on job searches, vocational training, or on DHS, or immigration appointments.
Our Gracious Church Partners in this effort, have additional freezer space to store large amounts of food, and fully remodeled kitchen to prepare freshly cooked meals instead of the cold pre-packaged food that's currently being offered to the Migrants.
Our same "Arrow Church Partners" have remodeled men and women bathroom accommodations throughout their facilities, along with a spacious Sanctuary for those migrants that choose to attend weekly Church, or Sunday School Services.

Our Non-profit has a comprehensive range of services that include transportation, meal preparation, and medication management. Our team of selfless professionals are dedicated to being a beacon of support to Migrants facing Chgo's winter outside
Optimum Healthcare Services, 6600 N. Lincoln Ave. will provide 24-hour on site medical staff of Nurses or medical assistants, along w/ weekly Visiting Physicians to provide migrants on-site healthcare access at all times, at each location. MSM and their Healthcare Providers strive to create a more healthy living environment for all
Day-Springs Healthcare Services, 18221 Torrence Ave. helps to create an even more healthy living environment, offering pediatric care for mothers w/young children, and ensure all residing migrants are immunized from the spread of transmittable communicable diseases such as; COVID, TB, RSV, and the latest Flu like influenza.
MSM's team of "Visiting Doctors" gives each incoming migrant a full psychological evaluation for trauma they may have experienced on their journey, AND a complete Medical Exam of Mother & Children, to screen for pre-existing medical conditions
Our Partnered "Healthcare Agencies" provide 24-hour on-site Medical Assistants, Nurses & CNAs to assist Doctors w/ humane medical care of all residing Migrants, including video conferencing w/ physicians for overnight problems that may arise

Pritzker's recent signing, before we allow these outstanding cold-weather sheltering opportunities.... Slip through our fingers!
